Really nicely done country Americana scene, worked in a variety of stitches. This artist was experienced!
Scene shows a slice of the American countryside, with a school, church and farm visible in the foreground, and a small town in the background. A rainbow and clouds finishes things up. Many different stitches have been used to really produce a rich tapestry effect.
Piece has been professionally matted and framed in a dark maple. Please ignore the color inconsistencies in the photos; that is due to lighting only. There are no dark/light spots or stripes in the actual work. Stitchery is in very good condition as it has been under glass.
Measurements are about 21" x 17". Picture hanger wire is already strung on the back, making this ready to hang right out of the box.
