    Description

    Vtg 70s Crewel Embroidery Tapestry English Countryside Wall Hanging Decor.
    ~Purchased from an estate sale, this beautiful piece has been hanging for quite a few years. It needs to be professionally cleaned. The last owner didn’t use the tabs to hang it. There are 4 small holes near the top where it had been secured with nails. (See last 2 photos).
    ~The backing has deteriorated and is completely gone except for around the edges.
    ~Including the tabs and fringe this measures appx 41” x 23 3/4” wide. The main body of the tapestry is appx 34 1/2” L x 23 3/4” w.
    ~There is a spot stain on the village street (see photo).
