Description

Top Notch Knitting Spool, Set No. 2942 from the Whitman Publishing Co. in 1949.  Included is a red plastic spool, 2 1/4 in. high, 1 1/4 in. across top and 3/4 in. across bottom.  Also, a plastic crochet hook and instruction sheet with diagrams and pictures of items to make.  No yarn is included.  Comes in original box, 7 in. square and 1 1/4 in. high.  One corner of the bottom half of the box is split and one corner of the top of the box is split along corner edge and some on the top, but the box is intact.
