19th century ~ maybe 18th century?!
This came out of an antique shop in Japan back in the 1950s. Stands about 8 3/4" tall. Damage and repairs throughout. The top cat has chipped ears and he has been broken off and reglued. The white paint looks mostly original but most of the colors look like repaints (but old). Because it is a composition-pottery, with water-based primary color paints, it could be much better restored. Shipping will be .95 to any U.S. zipcode.
