Strange Turnings, that's me, I hand crafted this  Exotic Cocobolo Rosewood  Petite Knitting Loom Hook with Brass Tip and Iridescent Abalone Shell Finial

This hand loom hook is 5  1/4" long overall with the Cocobolo Rosewood handle 3 3/4" long and about 1/2" in diameter at its widest.
The hand cut, polished and honed  1/16" diameter brass hook extends about 1 /4" " from the handle.
I have had requests for a loom hook for use with finer gauge yarn so I crafted this one with 1/16" diameter Brass instead of the regular 1/8" diameter Brass. The handle size is best if your glove/hand is size is small to petite but can be used by anyone.
This cut of Cocobolo Rosewood has a variety of color  with wonderful soft  burnt oranges with lovely swirling figure and character and black grain.  The  finial for this one is an 1/8" diameter iridescent Rare Abalone Shell.  The thicker handle makes loom knitting much easier on the hand and reduces fatigue compared to  all of the commercially made cheap plastic hooks.
